Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belts
Corrugated sidewall conveyor belts can run both horizontally and vertically and help heavy duty conveying systems to save space as well as investment costs. Our sidewall belts are of highest quality. Sidewall and cleats are hot vulcanized to the base belt.
Transverse rigid layer: Cross rigid (special reinforced layers in the core)
Cleat Type: T, TC, TS, TCS, C
TS and TCS cleats are normally used for abrasion condition.
T and TS cleats are normally used up to 40°.
TC and TCS cleats are normally used from 40°to 90°.
Depending on customers' request, our sidewalls and cleats can be reinforced with diagonal fabric and bolted together. We normally use XE-layer reinforcement; However metal breaker with cross rigid character can also be applied in various specifications. We offer a large portfolio of possible combinations of cleats and sidewalls in height up to 500mm.
The parameter relationship of the base belt width and flange height is as the following table(mm):
We could offer belt with cover grade in accordance to International standard such as DIN 22102, RMA, AS 1332, SABS 1173/2000, IS 1891, BS 490, JIS K 6322, etc.
