N450 has 2 styles, Internal flux spray and External flux spray style, below is External Flux Spray Style:
Introduction:
1.02: Powerful control software, running in Windows 7 system, English and Chinese can be switched at any time
1.03: IPC controls whole process, IPC+UPS+Controller forms a reliable system
1.04 Stepper motor flux spraying device, precise motion, lose noise, suitable for frequent action,long worklife
1.05: Japanese 7-UP spray nozzle, spray area and deepness are adjustable
1.06: Flux forced supply system to maintain constant flux supply pressure
1.07: Perfect flux recovery and exhaust filtration system, beneficial to environmental protection
1.08: 4 preheater total length: 2000mm
1.09: Heating elements modular design, maintenance is convenient
1.10: Molded arc tooth impeller, patented nozzle design, to achieve ultra-low oxidation
1.11: Solder pot use 316L SS material, can option: Titanium ally or Cast iron enamel, effective prevention of lead-free solder corrosion
