It is used to filling nail polish ,lipstick, mascara and eyeliner. 

 

Principles and characteristics:

1.      Semi automatic single head piston liquid filling machine was a kind of semi automatic piston filler series products ,with a high concentration of fluid filling ,it is driven by a piston through the cylinder and the turn valve through principle to extract and play high concentration of material ,and the reed switch to control the travel of the cylinder ,you can adjust the filling volume.

2.      The device has a simple and reasonable structure ,simple operation ,high accuracy and other characteristics.

3.      Reasonable design ,compact models ,easy to operate ,the pneumatic part adopts the pneumatic components of FESTO and Taiwan AirTac.

4.      Material contact parts are 316L stainless steel material ,compliance with GMP requirements.

5.      The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted ,high filling accuracy.

6.      Filling head adopts anti drip ,anti pull and lifting filling device.
