1. Independent control box ,button control way ( analog control ), with ABB inverter adjusting the speed of the motor ,RKC or Omron temperature control.
2. Pot body adopt 65mm SUS 304 Stainless steel which has very good smoothand rigid surface with feature of wearable,anti-corrosion,heat-resisting ,no-stick with raw materill
3. Mixer cover adopt superior cating aluminium with polished surface
4. NSK Brand shaft and bear ,pneumatic control adopted. 

• Loader and extruder for pvc foam board production line

1. SJSZ 80/156 for model BDX-1220 ,SJSZ 92/188 for BDX-1830;
2. Control box with PLC or AC control ,ABB ,Dafoss, Siemens,Schneider,RKC Omron etc.
3. Stainless steel or superior alloy steel for body ,gear box of  GuoMao brand , conical double screw with best processing craftmanship to get higher output and stability and better plasticizing effection.   

• T-die head of pvc foam board production line

1. clothes-rack channel design ,adjustable upper die lip; mould heated by heating ba,lio of mould heated by conducting oil.
2. Material 5CrNiMo adopted for the pvc foam board extrusion mould.
3. A temperature controller is necessary for controling the mould temperature
