I. Application
The machine is suitable for automatically packaging of medicines, food stuffs, such as round sugar balls, medicine pills, tablet, capsule, etc. The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE. PET/PE, NYLON, etc.


II. Features:
1. All the cover of the packaging machine is 304 Stainless Steel, including every screw on the body of the machine which conforms to the GMP Standard and make the pills packed by this machine more sanitary.

2. We have two different kind feeding system can be choose, one is mesh plate and the other one is vibration counting system, you can choose the one you want.

3. The machine is intermittent motion machine, all the actions are under servo motor controlled, which makes machine maintenance more easy.

4. This machine is mechanical-electrical integrated design, PLC control and touch screen operation system. Servo motor drive design makes the track more accurate and simplified the traditional track method. It's much easy to operate.

5. The integrated machine has compact structure, convenient operation, accurate action, low noise, high level automation and the packing bags more smooth and beautiful.

6.  Photoelectric track make the bag size more accurate and beautiful.

7. Another set cutter and servo motor make the machine can achieve N bags a cut function, you cna set the connected bag numbers on the touch screen.
