1. PP hollow-wall sheet production line application:

2. PP hollow-wall sheet extrusion line consists:

Vacuum setting table: There is a fast heat exchange refrigeration system in the shaping system, which is effectively interlaced with the vacuum system and sequentially distributed. The vacuum system consists of two independent subsystems, each equipped with a plurality of three-point fixed-cycle vacuum lines, each carrying a vacuum adjustment system and a vacuum display system, so that the vacuum on the surface of the sheet is uniform and stable. .

Traction machine: The tractor is distributed with the first group and the second group. The first group of tractors is high power, large reduction ratio and multi-roller. It has excellent low-speed running performance and large traction force. It can simultaneously and uniformly plate the plate from vacuum. Taichung pulled out.
