ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG is a highly systemic and contact insecticide with broad spectrum long residual activity that is widely used in agriculture for controlling sucking and chewing insect pests including mealy bugs, aphids, thrips, whiteflies and leafminers in a broad range of ornamentals and edible crops.

MODE OF ACTION:
  • Acetamiprid (Neonicotinoid insecticide) targets the nervous system of the insect pest causing paralysis or death.
  • Abamectin (Avermectin group) is a nerve poison which inhibits both nerve to nerve and nerve to muscle communication. The affected insect becomes paralyzed, stops feeding, and dies after a few days.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE: ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG is foliar applied. Ensure adequate coverage of the crop foliage for best results.

APPLICATION TIMING: Apply ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG as first signs of infestation or insect egg hatch peak period and repeat applications at a 10-day interval per season, on a regular scouting for successful control.

PREPARATION OF SPRAY MIXTURE: Fill spray tank with half the amount of required water. Add required amount of ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG and fill the water to the required level. Agitate to ensure thorough mixing. Use the spray mixture on the same day of preparation.

COMPATIBILITY: ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG is compatible with most commonly used pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, DO NOT tank mix with any product unless your own prior testing has shown that the combination is physically compatible, effective and non-injurious under your condition.

PHYTOTOXICITY: ACETAMIPRID 80G/KG + ABAMECTIN 20G/KG WDG is non-phytotoxic when used as recommended.

RE-ENTRY PERIOD: DO NOT enter treated areas during the restricted-entry interval of 12hours. If entry is necessary, appropriate protective clothing should be worn.

PHI: Chilli - 7 days, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, French bean, runner bean, snow pea: tomato, coriander, onion - 14 days.
