Introduction:

ECL composite Scaffold (construction safety) nets is a new type composite geosynthetics, we bond tight knitting woven mesh and warp knitted steel-plastic geogrid strictly by Ultrasonic welding technology to make it have superior tensile strength, shock resistance, corrosion & erosion resistance and reliable protective property, have superior performance and durability in sun, wind, storm and demanding environments. This scaffold netting is flexible to be ready installed and provide a secure screen/nets for building projects, it's durable and easy to rolled up and re-used for multiple times in projects.

We use ultrasonic welding technology to weld and bond three layers (Geogrid with Regular mesh +HDPE nets+Geogrid with regular mesh) together to make it have a super stable and strong structure can resist high speed wind over100Mph and heavy weight impact.

It's a new type construction safety nets and scaffold protection system with economic cost and Superior performance will displace the traditional safety nets.

This composite scaffold nets formed by three layer:
The first layer: Ultrasonic welded geogrids(steel wire coated with PE layer straps) with regular mesh size 5cm to 8cm and high tensile strength 30-50KN/meter.
The second layer:HDPE nets or other materials fabric.
The third layer:Ultrasonic welded geogrids(steel wire coated with PE layer straps) with regular mesh size 5cm to 8cm and high tensile strength 30-50KN/meter.
