1.Application:
Apply to all kinds of high frequency cable, communication cable, coaxial cable, RF(radio-frequency) cable, RG and other core wire 's double layer co-extrusion chemical foaming core wire extrusion.
2. Production line constitute:
Pay-off, preheater unit, main extruder, double color extruder, thermostatic trough, fixed trough, capstan machine, accumulator, capacitance in water and take-up.
Optional parts: pulling device, diameter gauge, etc.

1) High productivity: Optimize the design of screw, screw durable; not take off chrome, non conglutination, color-change quickly.
2) High quality: Concentricity:over 93%; OD tolerance:±0.008; Capacitance:±0.0.5
3) Temperature control precise: Adopted SCR power controller or solid-state relay(SSR) , with imported high-quality temperature control table and copper casting heater,temperature zone of machine controlled within ±1ºC.
4) Operate easily: Exclusive adopt NEWTOPP Teflon specialized touch screen, both provide Chinese/English operation interface, auto-control and auto-feedback, operate easily.
