How to avoid black edges and corrosion?

1. Select and design mirrors specifically for failure area.
2. Use mirrors supplied by a quality conscious mirror manufacturer.
3. Use mirror edge sealant at the edging location
4. Install mirrors properly-use clean, dry glove handling.
5. Avoid construction chemical fumes and thermal cycles leading to condensation. Maintain proper air circulation, even in unoccupied units.
6. Use good cleaning practices.
7. Educate the consumer regarding the practical commercial limitations of mirrors and the proper practices for his cleaning and handling them.
