Product performance:
1. Cosmetic preservatives.  To mold, yeast and has a wide range of antimicrobial effect.  The antibacterial effect is particularly obvious in acidic hydrolysates.  The amount added to your makeup is usually no more than 2%.  Insecticide, anti-mildew agent.  Transaminase was determined.  Used as a binding agent in tanning to improve the alkali resistance of leather and the uniformity of tanning. 
2. Sodium propionate is an acid food preservative, and its bacteriostasis is affected by the pH value of the environment.  In acidic medium to all kinds of molds, gram-negative bacilli or aerobic bacilli have a strong inhibition.  It is effective in preventing the production of aflatoxin and has little effect on yeast.  In the food industry, can be used for the preservation of cakes, the amount of 2.5g/kg (in terms of propionic acid). 
3. As a preservative, sodium propionate has a strong inhibitory effect on all kinds of molds, aerobic bacillus or gram-negative bacillus in acidic medium.  It is effective in preventing the production of aflatoxin and has little effect on yeast.  It can also be used as a food preservative. 
4. Used as a binding agent in leather tanning to improve the alkali resistance of leather and the uniformity of tanning.
