Are you manufacturer?

Yes, we are factory in Taian city, Shandong province, near Qingdao port. 
To our factory by fast train, from Shanghai, around 3 hours; from Beijing, around 2 hours. 

Do you have stock?

Yes, stock for standard configuration, fast delivery. 
If customized, production with order. Delivery time depends on quantity.

How to ship the machines?

1) EXW/FOB: if you have reliable forwarder in China, you can pick up machines in our factory or arrange shipment.
2) CNF/CIF: if you do not have forwarder, we can ship the machines to your port. You handle importing matters.
3) DDU/DDP: If you prefer door to door, we can handle everything. You just wait for the machines at your place.

What will you do if I come across problems with the machine during usage?

1) First of all, all your mails or feedback will be responded immediately. 
2) We will figure out what problems you have, then offer relative instructions with photos or videos. 
3) If necessary, we can ask our nearest dealer or send our engineer to help you.
