Function
1.Post-partum bleeding
A large, international study was conducted on the use of tranexamic acid after childbirth to prevent hemorrhaging. The trial found that tranexamic acid significantly reduced the risk of death from hemorrhaging after childbirth.
2.Mouthwash for oral procedures
An antifibrinolytic mouthwash can be used for controlling bleeding after an oral procedure such as a tooth extraction. The tranexamic acid mouthwash is used prior to the procedure and immediately afterwards to prevent and reduce bleeding.
Application

1.Tranexamic acid strongly adsorbs to the lysine binding site (LBS) of the fibrin affinity site on plasmin and plasminogen, preventing the binding of plasmin, plasminogen and fibrin, thereby strongly inhibiting the fibrin degradation caused by plasmin.

2.Since the anti-plasmin in serum, such as macroglobulin, Tranexamic acid is more resistant to fibrinolysis. Therefore, compared with traditional Aminomethylbenzoic acid, it has a wider range of hemostasis effect, quicker, and with less side effects.
