 HM-ZD240  Fully Automatic Box Machine  for Watch Boxes' Description:
 
   Fully Automatic Box Machine  for Watch Boxes is specialized for small-size premium boxes, such as jewelry boxes, ornaments boxes, gift boxes, watch boxes, pencil boxes, candy boxes, souvenir boxes, and cosmetic boxes, etc. The minimum size for wrapped box is 45×45×10mm, which covers the ring box. It is the automatic rigid box machine for the smallest rigid boxes in China. 
    This machine adopts PLC and man-machine control, error auto stop and display, camera tracing system, and can automatically feed cover paper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, and wrap box. 
    The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting, and efficiency . Double colors conveyor can save the time for changing to other color belt, which is Hongming's patent. The spotting unit adopts Germany camera with 5 million pixel and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to ±0.05mm. The forming unit employs foreign linear slider, stable and wear resistant.

5. Hot-melting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles)      of cardboard in one process.
6. The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep the glued paper from deviating.
7. The box-forming unit can automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit.
8. The box-forming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.
9. Spotter unit apply high tech camera with5 million pixel ( accuracy± 0.05mm. )
10. The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen man-machine interface to automatically form boxes in one process.  
11. It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarm accordingly.

2,Either the Max. Sizes or the Min. Sizes can not be fulfilled on the same box. 
3, The production speed of the rigid box machine is determined by the box size, the paper and the greyboard materials. 
4,Seller doesn't provide air compressor. (6atm=0.606MPa, 5.5kW compressor is needed
