Product Description
The exterior is a 3/4 sphere, which is fixed on the cement base or the top of the anaerobic tank by rail. It is our own design and production, which can provide technical R & D, tailor-made, installation guidance and other services according to the requirements of different customers. The company adopts Germany's advanced flexible gas holder design and production process to provide excellent performance biogas storage tank with safe and reliable.
Scope of application
Various neutral gas storage, such as: Biogas, Air, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, etc.
Structure composition
Made by: preburied bottom plate, inner membrane, outer membrane, constant pressure control room, membrane protector, and some control machine and accessory material.
Preburied bottom plate: it is mainly used for foundation seal to achieve anti-corrosion and seepage prevention which can't be achieved by traditional infrastructure;
Outer membrane: Make a surge chamber, formed to keep the storage gas constant pressure output and protect the inner membrane. The outer membrane and the inner membrane are connected with the edge of the bottom plate;
Inner membrane: Store the gas and regulate the pressure with the outer membrane;
Control room: Test the pressure and volume of inner membrane, according to the requirements, to save the information about the inner membrane volume, leakage concentration, system flow and other news. Injection of air according to pressure at automatic;
Protector: Air release about the control room, and protecting release for the inner membrane if excessive;
Principle
The bottom membrane and outer membrane form a closed gas storage space. The inner membrane separates the gas holder into the storage space and the pressure regulating space.
When the storage gas increases, the inner membrane rises, and the safety protector releases the pressure regulating air to make certain capacity, so that the gas can smoothly enter the gas holder. If the inner membrane reaches the limit and the pressure will overdose, the safety protector will release the inner membrane gas, to protect the inner membrane.

1. Could be Foldable: Easy to arrange the shipment, will more keep the quality, the gas in the inner membrane could be used at 100%, and will not damage the membrane in the negative pressure.
2. Long Service life of Anticorrosion: Membrane material is PVDF, excellent at the anti-UV, weathering and the natural antiaging of microbes. Service life could be 15-20 years. No desulphurized biogas can be stored directly.
3. Antifreezing: We reduce the volume of water in the cabinet by adopting the design method of common inlet and outlet gas pipeline. The special low temperature material could be used at the -50ºC.
4. Ordinary structure, and lower cost: Industrial production in the factory, higher efficiency, lower cost, and can be reused. The installation and foundation requirements of gas holders are not strict, and the subsidiary costs are low.
5. Double control system: double fan, double control. A carefully edited control program, provide double insurance
6. Beautiful appearance: The exterior is a 3/4 sphere, could keep the original color and cleanliness for a long time in the natural environment.
