Hixen adopt the standard export packing, and can also pack the products according to clients' require.
For nude packing inside the container, we ensure the goods fastened tightly with the container, where will be no sliding or crushing.
We can also packed the container into the wooden box for better all around protection.

Q1. What is the delivery period?
 After receiving the initial payment, the goods will be ready for delivery within 5 days. The rest time depends on the distance and transport method which need to be negotiated. 

Q2. What is the payment terms can you accept?
 30% initial payment, 70% balance payment when the goods are ready for delivery by T/T.

Q3. How long is the product guarantee?
 We provide one year quality guarantee.

Q4. What kind of service could you provide?
 1) Pre-sale service: we could assist you finding the suitable equipment according to your requirement.
