1.Production description
 
    The hollow super ultra filter is widely used in the mineral water production line, it is the pre-treatment of the total mineral water production line, the raw water will be filtered by this machine before going to the filling part.
    This system adopts American ultrafiltration membrane , the rate of removed  salt is 50-75%, recovery 50%-75%, and shapes the special character. The whole system can get rid of bacterial virus , heavy metallic irons. radioactive elements , organic pollutant each is 99.99%, 95%, 99%, 95% , the quality of water sweet , clean. Also get rid of poison harmful material in source water , such as four chlorination carbons, benzenes, hydrocarbon, agrochemical, and lead, mercury , chrome ...etc other radioactive element all Be tested a limit the following.


2.What is Ultrafiltration?
 
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semipermeable membrane.
 
Ultrafiltration membrane is the anisomerous semipermeable membrane made of macro molecule material as the separation method without phase transition for solution, and can remove particles whose molecule weight ranges 1, 500-100, 000 Dalton, and can effectively remove organic, bacterium, virus, colloid and non-ion suspended solid
