A: 3kg is free samples, ≥ 200KG is for a trail order.
Q2. What is your MOQ and the lead time?
A: Our MOQ is 500kg and the lead time needs 2-3 weeks.  
Q3. How do you ship the products and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually send samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.  Large orders shall be delivered by sea way and it usually take one month or so. 
Q4. How to proceed an order for hot melt adhesive?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements and our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order, before we start your production.

Q5: How long will be the quality warranty?

A: Our adhesive warranty will be 1-2 years. Please keep adhesive dry, and cool, do not expose adhesive to sunlight.
