Product Introduction
The measuring and controlling circuit of MN-B computer Mooney viscometer is composed of measuring and controlling module, platinum resistor and heater. It can automatically track the change of electric network and environment temperature, and automatically revise PID parameters, so as to control temperature quickly and accurately. Data acquisition system and electromechanical interlock complete the automatic detection of torque signal in rubber test process, automatic real-time display of temperature value and setting value. After curing, automatic processing, automatic calculation, printing Mooney, scorching curve and process parameters. Computer real-time display of the test process, from above you can see clearly the "temperature" and "time - Menny" changes in the process. It is an indispensable instrument for reclaimed rubber, rubber, wire and cable industry.
