Performance features:

1.The machine body is in overall welded and overall processed structure and ANSYS finite element analysis software is applied to main parts of the machine body for analysis which has ensured the reliability of machine tool and the entire machine.
2.Closed loop control mode composed of electric hydraulic servo valve imported from Germany and imported grating ruler is adopted for the main oil cylinders on both sides to break through the stroke control pattern of traditional bending machines of mechanical stopper type typical of high feed back precision for position of gliding block accurate and stable operation good synch ronizing performance and high repeated positioning precision of gliding block.
3.Imported parts are used for all the functional parts in the rear stopper to ensure the stopping precision of rear stopper and the mechanism of rear stopper with multiple stopper shafts foe more complete functions is employed up to customer requirements.
4.Integrated control system imported from Germany is adopted for the whole hydraulic system to simplify the installation of pipelines and 10 ensures stable operation as well as simple and nice appearance of the machine tool.

Product Shape and Structure:

1. The machine adopts a steel plate welded structure with sufficient strength and rigidity. The hydraulic transmission ensures that it will not cause serious overload accidents due to changes in sheet thickness or improper selection of the "V" groove of the lower die. In addition, the machine has stable operation and operation Convenience, low noise, safety and reliability.

Working Slide Structure:

1.This machine adopts hydraulic electric control, the stroke of the slider can be adjusted arbitrarily, and has the action specifications such as inching, semi-automatic, and automatic. It is convenient to test and adjust the mold by adopting the inching specification.
2. The design of the upper-moving bending machine, the two cylinders work at the same time, the operation is balanced, convenient and safe.
3. There is a pressure-holding delay function at the bottom dead center to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
4. Under the relevant national standard conditions, the bending angle accuracy can reach ±45´. (Quoted standard JB/T22572-2011)
5. With the function of slow descent control, the operator can better control the workpiece.

Function:

This machine has high labor productivity and high working accuracy for bending metal sheets. It adopts different shapes of upper and lower molds and can be bent into various shapes of workpieces. The sheet can be bent and formed by one stroke of the slider. ,After many times of bending, the workpiece with more complicated shape can be obtained. When equipped with corresponding equipment, it can also be used for punching.
