This machine has adopted precision slant girder technology (patented) designed by advanced F.E.M.   1. Royal series Adoption of advanced F.E.M. (finite element method) makes it have a strong rigidity, small geometry error, high precision, high performance and high stability;
  2. Three axes adopt granite as the substrate whose stiffness, strength and stability are better than that of other non-ferrous metal, thermal expansion coefficient is small, three axes have the same temperature characteristic;
  3. The mechanical overall structure adopts strong rigidity, light weight and close frame movable bridge structure, which is simple, compact and has strong loaded capacity and good moving performance. Three axes surrounded by high efficiency air bearing, which has low gas consumption, can maintain equipment running at high speed and acceleration under the condition of rigidity and stability;
  4. Machine adopt rigid structure on the whole, the quality of light fully enclosed mobile bridge frame structure, its simple and compact structure, large carrying capacity, make its have good movement performance; And three axes surrounded type air bearing new high efficiency, low gas consumption, can maintain equipment running at high speed and acceleration under the condition of rigidity and stability
  5. Y-axis guide-way adopts dove tail type, which has high precision and good stability;
  6. Fully enclosed cover design, can easily realize remove and installation, thus shortens the time of equipment maintenance and provides equipment availability
  7. Drive system adopts unique patent (Patent NO. ZL 2014 2 0529248.2) wire transmission, which Guarantee the drive's fastness, precision and perfect movement.
