Q2. How long is the guarantee (period)?
A2:Three years quality warranty . 

Q3.Where is your factory located? 
A3:Shenyang City, Liaoning province.We could provide you the invitaion letter.

Q4.How long is our production leading time?
A4:within 14-20 days upon receiving deposit in normal season.

Q5.What is the payment term?
A5:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% Deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready . 

Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:carton+Strong corner protector

Q7. What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A7: The MOQ is 1*20 container

Q8.What kind of documents we will provide for you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side. If you are from Europe, we could also provide you the CE certificates.

Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.

Q10. Can I customized color and size?
A10: Yes, of course. But we need your order is up to our MOQ.

We are a factory with designing, manufacturing, marketing and exporting together with our office. We are both melamine board and finishing furniture factory. Our export company also has more than 10 years experience. Our products are sold close to everywhere.
