About Product
971 carding series is JinYi's classic double-cylinder product. This model has a good reputation in the industry for its reliable mechanical performance and good cost performance. Up to now, there are still twelve 900 series working in the industry which have been used for more than twenty years.
971 is often used in production lines that require production speed, such as geotextile lines and garment lining production lines. It is also highly customizable to meet our clients' needs.
971 series is suitable for processing most short fibers and is commonly used for processing polypropylene, nylon and other polymer fibers. Compared with JinYi 215 series and 097 series, 971 series is more suitable for processing coarse fibers.
This card series produces thin and even webs and is commonly used in various nonwoven production lines, such as geotextile production lines, garment lining production lines, automotive interior trim production lines, etc.
