Industrial ceramic blade is made of zirconium oxide ceramics because of it's exceptional low thermal expansion cofficient, great wear resistant performance. We offer diversity of different grade material of zirconia, such as partial stablized zirconia, fully stablized zirconia.

All zirconium ceramic blades are with very high quality surface, with outstanding roughness and without any cracks. We support vairty of customized zirconia ceramic blades as per customers' design or different application.

All ZrO2 ceramic blades are with high precision shaped by ceramic injection molding or dry pressing. We are able to make the dimensions more precise via fine grinding, CNC machining.
