2. Size: O. D: 1/8 - 24 inch, W. T: SCH10S, SCH40S, SCH80S, SCH160S etc. Or Non-regular sizes as requested.
3. Standard: ASTM/ASME A312/A376 ASTM A213 ASTM A269 GOST 9941-80/81
4. Grade: 304, 304L, 304H, 316 316L, 316/316L, 316Ti, 321, 309S, 310S, 317L, 904L, S31803, 2205, 12X18H9, 08X18H10, 03X18H11, 03X17H14M2, 08X17H13M2T, 08X18H10T, 08X18H12B, duplex grade and other stainless steel material.
5. Manufacture process: Cold draw or Cold roll, Annealed&Pickled
6. Testing:
A. Visual and Dimension Check, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Eddy Current Test or Hydrostatic Test in accordance to specification A999/A999 M.
B. Ultrasonic test can be done by customer's request.
C. Mechanical Property test of Tensile Strength, Yielding Point, Elongation and Flattening test by Mechanical Test Machine and Hardness by Rockwell test.
7. Surface Treatment: Annealed, and pickled.
8. Length: To be Specificed or Random.
9. Marking: As per specification A999/A999 M.
10. Packing: Packing in bundles by polythene & strapped Securely and wrapped with plastic bag. If require, then pack into wooden box.
11. Delivery time: 30-60 days depend on Quantity.
