401 Crosslappr is JinYi's ultra-wide Crosslapper series originally developed for paper-production-felt production lines and has since been widely used in various production lines. With a working width of up to 14 m, it uses five servo motors with precise control algorithms to ensure the effectiveness of crosslapping.This Crosslapper is suitable for various lines with special requirements for the width of nonwoven fabrics, such as paper-production felts, needlepunching leather fabric production lines, hydroentanglement production lines and filtration fabric production lines.

- Carriage's motor speed is controled thorugh algorithm to ensure even distribution of the web
- All belts are driven by server motors to enhance cross-lapping performance
- Feeding conveyor is made of anti-static materials to aviod static electricity
- Lower conveyor's heigh is adjustable to meet production's requirement
- Detection device locates above lower conveyor to measure the width of the output web
- FLTC data calculation system compensates output web's formation
