Application:
Sulfosulfuron is an active ingredient from the sulfonylurea family of herbicides that can be used as a pre-emergent or post-emergent form of control on invasive weeds. It was originally created to protect against stubborn weeds growing around crops.
Sulfonyl Sulfonyl is an endogenous herbicide and is absorbed mainly through the roots and foliage of plants.
The product is an inhibitor of branching-chain amino acid synthesis, which prevents the biosynthesis of essential amino acids and isoleucine in plants, causing cells to stop dividing, plants to stop growing, and then dry up and die
75% sulfonyl WG had different degree of inhibition on root length and plant fresh weight of sensitive crops such as cabbage, rape and lettuce.
Spraying 75% sulfonyl WG in spring wheat field can effectively control grass weeds and broad-leaved weeds, but sensitive crops such as cabbage, rape and lettuce cannot be planted in the later crop of the season.
