Description and features of water filling machine
This  machine is used to produce plastic bottled mineral water, purified water and other non-carbonated beverage. All the machine parts which contact with the liquid are the high quality stainless steel 304 while the relative fittings are from international famous brands. This machine includes three systems that are rinsing, filling and capping. This machine has the features of filling fast, stable liquid level control and without the phenomenon of water loss.
Rinsing: grip the bottle neck; rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying which can clean the bottles completely. Filling: gravity filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately. Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping perform at the best state.
The design of the machine is reasonable, stable and safe. As long as the bottle neck size is the same, only the output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different which also improves the efficiency a lot.
