Glycopyrrolate injection is a clear, colorless liquid.Strength:
1ml:0.2mgIndications:To protect against the peripheral muscarinic actions (such as bradycardia) of anticholinesterases such asneostigmine, used to reverse neuromuscular blockade produced by non- depolarising muscle relaxants.
Dosage and Administration:The glycopyrrolate injection should be inspected visually for particulate matter and discoloration prior to
administration. The glycopyrrolate injection may be administered intravenously without dilution.Glycopyrrolate antagonizes muscarinic symptoms (e.g., bronchorrhea, bronchospasm,
bradycardia, and
intestinal hypermotility) induced by cholinergic drugs such as the anticholinesterases.
