1.Description
Precise temperature control,furnaces tolerance of +/- 5 degress celsius,indirect heating system
with a heat exchanger;
Hot air is transfered from the bottom up;
Heat exchanger used in seamless steel tubes 8*8 array,use the combustion liner 310s stainless
steel seamless pipe thickness of 3-4mm;

we can produce different powder coating oven size according to your request! also we can
design the trolley for your powder coating curing oven

Heat source type:natural gas /LPG gas and oil diesel fired
Oil diesel fired 20-30% can save compared with the heating by electric
Natural gas /LPG gas fired 30-40% can save compared with the heating by electric

1.this oven : 2 front  doors, with frame 5m trolley ,loading the objects in and out .
2 Material :Outside is stainless metal ,inside is galvanized steel(t=1.2mm),anti-flame and heat-insulation(rock wool board)1mm  100-150mm,keep the tempreture warm.
3 Fan motor:7.5kw
4 Control panel :With temperature  alarm ,could set baking time and tempreture ,when baking
time arrive ,stop automaticly .
5 Control unit:In english ,easy to operate and safe!
