Architectural Powder Coatings Used Outdoor(IG Series)

Introduction
IG series powder coating is made of polyester resin and curing agent. It has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and decoration. Dedicated to building outdoor areas, mainly used for outdoor metal furniture, garden furniture, aluminum alloy doors and Windows, balcony and highway guardrail, auto parts such as wheels, fenders, buffers, window frame, wiper, bicycle frame and motorcycle or galvanized steel and aluminum material of coating, the product standards of GB/T 5237-2004 (section 4)

Appearance
   There are various appearance,from low gloss to high gloss.
   Special Appearance:Texture,sand,metallic or pearl,mixed color,other special appearance upon request.

Special gravity:1.2-1.8(depending on the gloss and color)
Distribution of powder size:100% less than 100 micron (can be adjusted by the application requirement)
Flowability: 120-140                                                        
Volatility  <0.8%

Cure condition
200ºC(Object temperature)/10mins

All the tests as follows are carried out on 0.8mm steel panel with the film thickness of 50-70 microns.

4)The distribution of Particle: Use LS-POP(III)Laser particle sizer, it has no standard of tester method defined by the nation.
  5)Salt spray and Aging resistance: Will test according to client's request.
6)Cup-process tests may vary slightly depending on the glossy and surface effect of the product, with matte, reluster, and sand-grained cup-processes generally being slightly smaller than high-gloss powders
