1. Small brick machine brief introduction
This is a newly kind of automatic product developed by our company, it adopts flat vibration, mould vibration, and squeeze compression vibration, manufactures the blocks with average density and high strength. The unique dose charging device and the strong material-distributing structure ensure the block's quality of various materials.
2. Control system
a) PLC intelligent control. human-computer interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trainning to the operator.
b) Product scope: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding), through-body tiles,lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks and standard bricks etc.

Guarantee Period: One year after installation finished at buyer's factory.
The above price includes one mold for free, extra molds should be paid according to design.
