GSC Vertical double slot scrubbing machine is a high concentration scrubbing equipment developed by our company. Mainly used in non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar and river sand, it can remove the soil, impurities and oxides on the surface of the material and make the surface of the material clean so as to facilitate the reaction of the material in the process below. The scrubbed material can improve the recovery rate of the beneficiation, and the scrubbing effect of the high concentration ore slurry is more outstanding.

1. The power consumption is small, the scrubbing stirring intensity is large, and the effect is good.
2. The impeller is located above the "slurry sedimentation zone". It has the advantages of light start-up and small start-up power, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

Working principle:
The machine has two slot, each with a separate transmission system. The motor rotates the spindle through the belt (clockwise from top to bottom), two impellers with opposite directions of rotation are mounted on each spindle, and the axial thrust and stirring capacity of the two impellers are not the same. When the slurry is scrubbed, it is strongly pushed by the upper impeller first and then pushed backward by the lower impeller, the material collides and forms friction under the action of two opposite thrust forces between two impellers, so that the impurities attached to the material surface are separated and the fresh surface of the material is exposed, the scrubbing material flows through the outlet to the next process.

Installation
1. The customer must fix the vertical double slot scrubber in place at the site of use and check that the fixing is secure.
2. When the installation position is selected, make sure that the slag discharge port is higher than that of the next working procedure.
3. Install feeding pipe to double slot scrubbing machine and check whether the fixing is solid and reliable.
4. Install outlet pipe to double slot scrubbing machine and check whether the fixing is solid and reliable.
5. Install slag discharge pipe and valve to double slot scrubbing machine to check whether the fixing is solid and reliable.
