PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

 

Circulating & Instant Type


Circulating type of Domestic Hot Water Heat Pump adopts high efficiency tube-in-shell water heat exchanger and incorporates a built-in water pump for easy installation work. The unit is capable of producing high hot water with a maximum temperature up to 60ºC. Circulating Hot Water Heat Pump can be retrofitted to existing geyser to replace electric water heater, saving more than 2/3 energy.

Instant type of Domestic Hot Water Heat Pump adopts advanced variable flow rate control technology, keeping a constant water temperature in the cold climate and hot climate. Unlike Circulating Models, the outlet water temperature from Instant Models directly reaches the setting temperature. The fast defrosting technology enables the system work well in the low temperature, moist ambient conditions.

Commercial Air Source Hot Water Heat Pump with versatie design, high outlet water temperature, high COP and low noise operation, ideal for fast and stable hot water supply in various applications, like house, hotel, hospital, school, villa, etc.

Q: Whether with built-in water pump?

A: Generally, domestic type adopts built-in water pump as standard. Wilo or Shinhoo (Chinese domestic brand) are optional.

 

Q: How about the package?

A: Export plywood pallet.

 

Q: Refrigerant type?

A: R22/R407c/R417a.

 

Q: What's the max. outlet water temperature?

A: For normal type, generally, the max. outlet water temp. is 60ºC. For high temperature, 80ºC for on-off type, 90ºC for inverter type. If you would like to know more details for higher temperature type, please refer to the "High Temperature Heat Pump" series.

 

Q: Hong long is the production period?

A: Circulating Hot Water Heat Pump mainly depends on the raw material & production plan. Generally, It takes about 15 working days. If for customized type, which may takes about 35 working days.

 

Q: What's the minumum purchasing quantity?

A: Sample order is workable.

 

Q: What's the difference of water heat exchanger between circulating and instant type?
