Description
2× FS^TM Taq Mix Direct for Blood (FS^TM Mix B) is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing FS^TM Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺ and Reaction Buffer at optimal concentrations for efficient amplification of DNA templates by PCR. FS^TM Mix B is specific for whole blood amplification. It contributes to fast, specific, sensitive and reproducible PCR by reducing the risk of pipetting errors, miscalculation and contamination. The FS^TM Mix B can be used with conventional PCR machines. This product cuts off the process of complicated and time-wasting DNA extraction, and minimize the cross contamination in the reaction.
FS^TM Taq DNA Polymerase is the latest generation Taq-based DNA polymerase developed by Dongsheng Biotech. It possesses high amplification efficiency as Taq DNA Polymerase does, and fast elongation ability as KOD polymerase does, can be used in various kinds of PCR. The FS^TM PCR Buffer is designed for FS^TM Taq DNA Polymerase, can be used in fast amplification reaction. FS^TM Taq DNA Polymerase have an elongation rate that 2× high of regular Taq DNA Polymerase, and can shorten the amplification time by half. It has 5' to 3' polymerase activity, but lacks of 3' to 5' exonuclease activity, that results in a 3'-dA overhangs PCR product.
Composition of the 2× FS^TM Mix B
0.3U/μl FS^TM Taq DNA Polymerase, 2× FS^TM Buffer, 0.4mM dNTPs, 3.2mM MgSO_4, 0.02% bromophenol blue.
