Caption: RNasin is a specific RNA enzyme inhibitor extracted from human placenta. It is a protein with a molecular weight of 51000 Dalton and an isoelectric point (pH) of 4.7. 
It can specifically combine with RNase with an inhibition constant of 300 (ki) to form a complex with a non-covalent bond, resulting in the inactivity of RNase. 
Its activity was maintained when the buffer was 0-0.5m NaCl and pH5-8, and the activity was the highest when pH7.8 was used. 
After strict quality inspection, the product is electrophoretic pure, free from RNase and Nickase pollution, and the specific activity is 100000 units / mg protein.
