150m-Advance geological forecast

The drilling rig uses rotary percussion to drill 65 mm to 245 mm holes (in diameter) with max. 150 m drilling depth capability.
The drilling rig is fitted with a MWD system which automatically collects and analyzes borehole data for geological dataacquisition.

240m-Core sampling

The excellent wire rope sampling system with optional speed of rotary drilling ensures fast, accurate and complete sampling,with max. core sampling depth of 240 m.

Strong support capability

Using multiple grouting methods (retarded, flash setting, forward and backward) and multi-mode drilling with single tube, casingpipe, follow-up pipe or rotary jet to improve ground properties and reinforce the excavation face.

High drilling efficiency

The hydraulic rotary percussion (top drive) power head with eight turnings and three percussion gears is equipped for hard rockdrilling in different conditions and ensures a high speed of above 10 to 30 m/h.

Large operating range

A turntable at the rear of the main boom enables the drilling rig to complete a large-scale drilling of ± 95 ° with only onepositioning.
The feed beam has an effective drilling penetration of 3.76 m and a horizontal operating height of 4.8 m, excelling the similarproducts in operating range.

Easy operation

With the tele-remote control function, the rig operator can safely and comfortably control the whole rig and avoid vision blindzones during operation. The machine is more ergonomic and safe.
The same power head, fitted with a side shift device and a trio gripper, enables the machine to drill at low speed with high torqueand get core sample at high speed, largely improving efficiency in installation and dis-assembly of drill pipes.
