Q:The OEM MOQ is base on 20000 cards each model base on standard packaging.
The MOQ to use our company brand "tdrforce"is 10000card each model in standard packaging.

6.F:How to do if some of the Qty less than MOQ?

Q:Warranty will start from the date it will arrive at our port,and if any claim occurs within the warranty period,we will send you the picture of the battery and lot no,and we will adjust that amount from the next order payment.

11.F:what is delivery time?
Q:If by OEM,It take around 30 days after artwork confirm/order .Because battery is much heavy,so we suggest to ship by sea,to save the cost for both of us,but we also have documents for Air if need.
