Our hdpe geomembrane pond liner is produced from 100% virgin high density polyethylene resin by film blowing process, adding carbon black, antioxidant, anti aging and UV resistance component, which with good flexibility, high tearing resistance, and UV stable property.
Now, we have exported our products to Southeast Asian, as well as Africa, Europe, Australia and South America market, which are widely used for landfill, environmental, mining, biogas digester, aquaculture and other water containment applications. Note(1): Carbon black dispersion (only near spherical agglomerates) for 10 different views: 9 in Categories 1 or 2 and 1 in Category 3
Note(2): Not recommended since the high temperature of the Std-OIT test produces an unrealistic result for some of the antioxidants in the UV exposed samples.
Product Application
(1) Aquaculture: Using the geomembrane anti-seepage feature; geomembrane liners can be used as fish ponds, shrimp pond, and other aquaculture.
(2) Landfill: HDPE geomembrane structure with smooth surface and textured surface, suitable for different sites, which is the most widely used in landfill anti-seepage engineering material. The use of main parts of the bottom of the landfill liner, landfill sealing cover, leachate regulating pool liner, etc.
(3) Water Treatment System: HDPE geomembrane is applied to the adjustment of the power plant and sewage treatment plants pool;and a series of water treatment systems.
(4) Mining: HDPE geomembrane suitable mining: washing pool, pool heap leaching, heap yard, dissolving tank, tank, storage area, the bottom line of the tailings seepage control, etc.
