1. Brewery Brewhouse: 150 liters per batch based on requirement

Brew house system consists of Mash Tun, Lauter Tun, Boiling Kettle, Whirlpool kettle, Hop Dosing Equipment. The main equipment adopted international quality standards of sanitary 304 stainless steel, to deal with the tank by plasma cutting, pure Ar-shielding welding, mechanized automatic polishing machine.

2. Fermentation tank 150 liters 6-12 sets

It is used to fermenting wort (come from the brewhouse). The fermenting period based on customer requirement, Fermenter quantity and capacity based on customer requirement too.

Generally Fermentation Tank structure is dished head and cone bottom, with Polyurethane installation and dimple cooling jackets. There is a cooling jacket on tank cone section, colummar part has two or three cooling jackets. This not only can meet the relevant requirements of cooling, guarantee cooling rate of fermentation tank, also help to precipitation and storage the yeast.

Fermentation tank working pressure is 2 bar or 3 bar. 




3. Cooling system / refrigeration system 400 liters and 3HP chiller machine

Beer refrigeration system is mainly used for cooling the saccharifying wort and fermentation, it plays an important role in the whole process of brewing beer.Our factory refrigerating machine is home famous brand  with stable performance, excellent refrigerating effect, low accident rate. Optimum allocation of refrigerating system can greatly reduce the wastage of the energy, ensure the stable operation of the beer brewed.

4. Automatic PLC control system /adopts siments brand, stainless steel, temperature control and display

The PLC controlling system includes Siemens programmable controllers, industrial personal computer and other auto-controlled on the operation platform. The technological parameter can be programmed and set automatic or manually according to customer"s requiremnet or the technological requirements for different production objectives.

5. CIP cleaning tanks for complete brewery 50 liter two tanks

These cleaning tanks used to clean the fermenters, brewhouse and other tanks after brewing.

CIP cleaning system include lye tank, Hydrogen Proxide tanks and as line valves, if the tank volume is small, the tank can be fixed on trolleys, so it's easy to clean brewing system. Alkaline cleaning can removed the fat and protein by saponification, to improve product safety. After the CIP treatment, clean bright surface, no water, no savor, no dirt. And the device is easy to operate, strong security.

(1) About the raw material:
About the sanitary stainless steel 304 , we use 3mm interior shell and 2mm exterior shell.And we usually take the samples to test it from the government. We ensure its quality!
 
(2) About the drawing:
Generally our technician will design the suitable layout accordingly before production once our customers confirmed their orders.
Then our workshop will do the manufacturing strictly according to the detailed drawing. It is normative for every order.

(3) About the welding and polishing:
We make sure the 100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield. We use the central system of argon, instead of ordinary gas cylinder.
The argon will help to reduce the oxygenation. After welding, they will be polished to arrive to 0.2~0.4 μm without dead corner firstly, then do acid pickling and passivation.
Which will help to remove the oxygenation on welding line; and form protection film on the steel to avoid rust. It will help you to extend the tanks life time.
