Also named wear ceramic parts, wear rubber ceramic plate, wear-resistant ceramic pads.
Ceramic rubber composite pads&plate is the use of rubber vulcanization process, to embed the wear-resistant ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner all of the equipment with the adhesive paste. As customers' requirements, it also can be vulcanized together with a steel plate, with bolts or not.
Impact panels have the alumina exposed to the
material flow whilst being fully embedded within a specially designed elastomer

Impact panels is excellent for application of high impact and extreme wear. The alumina provides a very smooth surface for material flow and actually reduces its resistance to friction with service life. The elastomer backing also helps to reduce vibration and noise levels within the plant and is engineered to resist the size and type of impact experienced for each individual project.

Features:
It combines wear-resistance of ceramic and impact-resistance of rubber, applies to convey systems equipment work under normal temperature, and can bear some impact.
