Product description:
1)Material :
bedroom set product material is particleboard with surface Melamine finish which have the character of anti-water, anti-dirty, anti-scratch ,wood frame furniture.
/MDF with wood veneer, wood frame furniture.
2) Size: king, queen, single bed as you request
3)Bedroom furniture combination: bed+ night stand+ wardrobe+ dresser +chest of drawers
4)CBM: Flat-pack bedroom furniture can be knocked down with small CBM-- 1x40'HQ can be loaded with 61~70 sets of bedroom bed.
5) OEM, ODM available.
6) Color selection: many color available.
7) MOQ: small order & sample order are welcome and order bed Model Mix available.
8) Production finish: Within 25-35 days
9) Quality control:
/Before the order is confirmed, we will check the quality of furniture material MDF / particleboard which should be strictly the same as order.
/All the production is checked by QC before packaging.
10) Packing is Knock down packing, standard export packing with Instruction Manual (3%-5% of spare hardware fitting is provided for bedroom furniture set)
/ PE foam inside protecting material.
/ Corner of bed, wardrobe, dresser, night stand covering with foam and carton.
/ Separated PP bag for hardware fitting inside.
/ Glass parts are packed by wooden frame to avoid fragile (like the wardrobe glass door and dresser mirror)
/ 5ply carton for outer protection. Carton boxes print with the customers Logo and description, inside instruction manual for complete bedroom furniture set install.
11) Quality Warranty: 36months
12) Payment Terms 30% TT as the deposit, 70% TT paid before delivery (other payment term can be acceptable.)
