1. Product Overview
XM high-bulk fiberglass blanket with silicone coating is highly resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, and fuels that is used to provide shielding for worker life safety as well as protection of equipment, hoses and other critical components. Made of woven fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate, it is then coated with a high-grade silicone rubber. The high-bulk silicone coated fiberglass blanket is extremely versatile in that it can be easily cut and formed.

Good thermal insulation and fire resistant performance make XM high-bulk fiberglass blanket with silicone coating withstand continuous exposure to 260ºC(500ºF) and molten splash up to 1100ºC(2012ºF). When continuous exposure over 260ºC(500ºF), the silicone rubber would pulverize with no harm to human while the high-bulk fiberglass yarn interior can still work with enhanced fire resistant performance that withstand continuous exposure to 800ºC(1472ºF).

High temperature resistant glass fiber blanket is produced by coating or calendering with glass fiber cloth as the base cloth. Silicone tape is made of high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion and high-strength glass fiber cloth calendered or impregnated with silicone rubber. Silicone tape is a new high-temperature material product with high performance and multi-purpose.

2. high temperature glass fiber protective blanket non-metal compensator: flexible connector for pipeline.
