Product Introduction

PBS, 1× (Phosphate Buffered Saline), that is, phosphate buffered saline, is a balanced salt solution widely used in biology and biochemistry research. It is often used for washing tissue blocks, rinsing cells, and preparing other reagents. As a diluent for cell counting, etc.

Product ingredients: 2.7 mM KCl, 2.0 mM KH2PO4, 137 mM NaCl, 10 mM Na2HPO4, pH 7.2-7.5@25°C.

This product is sterilized by 0.1 μm filter.


Storage and transportation

Storage and transportation at room temperature, valid for 18 months.


Precautions

1. This product is sterilized through a 0.1 μm filter membrane. Please pay attention to aseptic operation when using it to avoid bacterial contamination.

2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
