Heat treatment and microstructure specifications :
Heat treatment specifications: quenching 880 ºC, water, oil cooling ; tempering 500 ºC, water, oil cooling .
20CrMo heat treatment : 20CrMo material belonging to a low-carbon alloy steel for carburizing ; treatment specifications : quenching 880 ºC, water, oil cooling ; tempering 500 ºC, water, oil cooling .
20CrMo alloy characteristics and scope of application: high hardenability , temper brittleness , very good weldability , cold cracking tendency to form small, can be a good machinability and cold plastic strain . Usually in the quenched state or carburizing used for the manufacture of infiltration in non-corrosive media and working temperatures below 250 ºC, pressure pipe and various fasteners containing nitrogen and hydrogen mixture of media work , more advanced carbon parts, such as gears , shafts , etc.
