Technical description of telescopic grandstad seats

(1) The electric drive mode is adopted, and the expansion process is absolutely parallel and free. The synchronous device is used. The power transmission system adopts error-free shaft transmission system to ensure the synchronous operation of the driving wheel when stretching and retracting, and the steering deviation is non-directional. The electric system can be controlled by manual wire control and remote control, and the control is flexible and convenient. The three-phase motor imported by Taiwan Yongkun Electromechanical Co., Ltd is selected. Technical parameters: voltage 380V, power 0.55KW, frequency 50Hz, speed 1400 RPM.

(2) HBYC-22 hollow blow moulded chairs are used for the seats of the stands for the general audience, which are front-mounted. The seat is made of high density polyethylene hollow blow molding technology, which has excellent mechanical properties, weather resistance and anti-aging properties. Seat size: chair width 410mm, chair depth 410mm, back height 160mm, seat high 400mm, center distance 480mm, platform layer width 820mm, stand layer high 370mm. The seats in the stands are equipped with a row number and a seat number. The performance of the movable seats in the stands is the same as that of the seats in the general audience.

(3) The skeleton materials of the movable grandstand (front beam, back beam and connecting parts of front and rear beam) are molded with special-shaped steel, square steel pipe and other materials. The surface of the material is made of special waterproof, anti-corrosion, anti-rust and electrostatic spraying treatment. The wall thickness of the front beam is ≥2mm, the wall thickness of the rear beam is ≥2.5mm, and the steel of the column and the walking beam is 100mm×50mm×275mm. In order to avoid electric welding during installation, all structural parts of the stands are installed with bolts.

(4) The bottom wheels of the movable grandstand steel frame are made of thickened double-bearing iron core polyurethane material with a diameter of 100mm. The strength of PP wheels can reach 620kg/cm2. When rolling on the floor, no rolling marks will be left and the floor will not be damaged. The stands and the steps of the passageway are bordered with aluminum alloy profiles and equipped with anti-skid rubber strips.

(5) A3 steel pipe safety railings are used on both sides of the movable stands and at the front of the railings, without insertion and uninsertion, and the wall thickness is 2mm. All the railings and the bed frame structure are connected safely and reliably. The concentrated load of each railing is not less than 91kg/m, and the parallel and vertical swinging load is not less than 74kg/m, so as to ensure that the railings are not loose or deform when stressed in different directions.

(6) The floor and pedals of the movable stands are made of 18mm laminate, and the surface is covered with 4mm thick wear-resistant, waterproof, anti-corrosion and fireproof laminate panels. The minimum pressure is 500kg/cm2. The whole pedal is treated with special anti-corrosion and waterproof treatment. Aluminum alloy is used between the plate and the plate, and the joint will not appear uneven and exposed phenomenon.

(7) The transmission part of the stands adopts high-precision bearings and high-quality chain transmission, which is better and more reliable than the synchronous sprocket to prevent running off-track, so that the stands can run smoothly, stably and reliably, and there is no directional off-track, stuck, skid and gear jumping phenomenon in the stretching and retracting.

(8) Anti-deviation device: the upper guide rail of the movable stand adopts a limit roller device, and the lower walking beam adopts a hook device. In addition, each drive is a synchronous device to ensure that the stand does not deviate vertically in the process of walking.

(10) The frame structure of the stands can bear the load of ≥200kg for each seat for 30min, and the deformation after the load is removed is ≤20mm. The bed frame structure can bear the impact of the load of ≥80kg and the height of 300mm in the middle of each floor without deformation.

(11) Seat static load: seat load 200kg, chair back load 75kg. Seat durability description: seat loading 950N× 100,000 times, chair back loading 330N× 100,000 times or more.

(12) The movable load of the grandstand system is 500kg/m2 per square meter, 40kg/m2 per row in the case of parallel swing load, and 16kg/m2 per row in the case of vertical swing load.
