PRODUTION PROCESS

Machine warming up:
first fix the mold, heat the main machine barrel and head to the preset temperature, and use the temperature control machine to implement full-information monitoring of each section of the mold to ensure that the temperature of each section of the barrel and head is controllable and stable .

Extrusion:
After each section of the machine is heated to the preset temperature and maintained at a constant temperature without major changes, the screw machine is started to extrude the raw materials at a uniform speed.

Shaping:
After extruding the pipe, the pipe is drawn to the cooling water tank for water cooling and shaping.

Deep processing:
After the pipe has been qualitatively cooled, the pipe model and specifications are sprayed onto the outer surface of the pipe for identification and distinction; if custom cutting or flaring is required, the pipe can be dragged to a specific unit for customized processing.

Quality inspection:
professional quality inspectors will conduct scientific sampling inspections on the pipe outer diameter, wall thickness, out-of-roundness, average wall thickness deviation and other indicators, and the quality of the products packaged and delivered is reliable.

Adhesive connection

· Before use, you need to use special tools to process the pipes, and cut the port part with a tool to a chamfer of 10-20 degrees, so that the pipe socket connection is easier and smoother. After processing, polish the port with sandpaper until it is smooth, and then clean the surface to be bonded with a rag to ensure that the bonding surface is smooth and clean.
· Measure the depth of the socket before making the socket connection, and mark the price at both ends of the pipe, so as to check whether the socket is in place and prevent the transition of the socket.
· After the check is correct, apply the adhesive evenly to the socket end, and do not directly soak the pipe in the adhesive to avoid contamination of the adhesive.
· When the socket is halfway through, there will be a sense of tightness. When the socket is inserted to the predetermined position, the pipe needs to be rotated 90 degrees and held for 30s to increase the tightness of the connection.

Remarks: During the installation process, if it is too tight, use sandpaper before installation; if it is too loose, apply glue to the hole so that the glue can completely fill the gap at the interface.
