3.1 Main frame
Gantry walking rack: Welded by Q235 steel, Stress Relieving after welding, moving rack adopt dust-proof treatment
Walking guide rail: Grinding processing for marked rail, to ensure the stability of frame walking;
Japan AC servo motor drives, bilateral drive to ensure the stability of welding process.
3.2 Welding system
Welding power: Shandong Aotai MZ-1000 or Tang Shan Kaiyuan ZD5-1000
Wire feeder: Four wheels double drive wire feeding system especially designed for overlaying welding.
3.3 Water-cooled platform
Special water-cooled spray platform with high flow and rigidity.
3.4 Controlling system
Delta PLC control, together with high quality electrical components, reliable quality and stable performance.
Gantry traveling speed, swing parameters and other parameters are all set on touch screen, with clear interface and easy operation;
3.5 Welding fumes purification system
Greatly improve the working environment
