Precautions
1. Induced infection: Under the action of hormones, the infection that has been controlled can be active. The most common one is the recurrence of tuberculosis infection. In some infections, the application of hormones can reduce the destruction of tissues, reduce exudation, and alleviate the symptoms of infection. However, it is necessary to treat with effective antibiotics at the same time, and closely observe the changes in the condition. After short-term medication, it should be quickly reduced and stopped.
2. Interference with the diagnosis:
(1) Glucocorticoids can increase blood sugar, blood cholesterol, blood fatty acids, blood sodium levels, and reduce blood calcium and blood potassium.
(2) The influence of peripheral blood on lymphocytes, eukaryotic cells and eosinophils, basophils decreased, polynuclear white blood cells and platelets increased, the latter may also decline.
