Horizontal Single -Stage Centrifugal Chemical Pumps
The pumps of series KC are horizontal single-stage, single-suction centrifugal process pumps. Their dimensions and performances are in conformity with DIN24256/ISO2858/ISO5199.

Sulphric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid for organic acid and inorganic acid which at various temperature and concention.
Sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and alkaline liquid at various temperature and concentration.

Various liquid petrochemical products, organic compound as well as raw materials with corrosion behaviours and the products.

Design features
The pressure acting on the shaft seals is compensated by means of back shrouds or balancing bores at the impeller. The shaft is sealed either by cooled or uncooled soft packings or by single or double mechanical seals of various designs which can also be balanced. Antifriction bearings designed for long durability and an amply dimensioned shaft ensure a particularly smooth running. For some sizes, the volute casings are designed with double volute to compensate the radial forces. The bearing frame, incl, shaft, impeller and stuffing-box housing form a subassembly, i.e. the volute casing does not have to be disconnected from the pipework for maintenance work.(If a spacer-type coupling is used, the driver need not be removed, either.)
Casing
Single volute, some sizes design with double volute to compensate the radial forces. Casing with interchangeable wearing rings to protect casing from wear. Casing can be with warm jacket.
Flange location
End suction, top discharge.
Hydraulic and axial force balance
Performance curve is leveling-off, NPSH value is low, efficiency is high, under the load of discontent, this feature is also maintained.
Closed and single suction impeller, the axial force can be balanced by the back shrouds or balancing ring and balance hole.
Bearing and lubrication
Single ball bearings, oil lubrication; oil level automatic control ; bearing seal with labyrinth seal.
Flange and rotation
Flanges are normally rated to PN16 or PN25, also be designed to ANSI125lbs or 150lbs.
From the driven side, the shaft is rotated clockwise.
Material
Carbonsteel; chromed steel; austeniticstainlesssteel; duplexsteel; Titanium and Titanium Alloys; Hastelloy C-276 and other special materials; It depends the customer's request.

We have more than 30 inspection devices such as pump test station with national Level I qualification certificates, advanced balancing machine, metal analyzer, vibration meter, noise meter,roughness meter, hardness meter, paint thickness tester, mechanical seal rotation test and air tightness test devices as well as more than 500 various measurement instruments such as difference gauge, plug gauge, ring gauge, micrometer, tilt meter with high precision to ensure reliable and efficient pumps.
